Health & Safety
Safety Is Our #1 Priority
Our health and safety program governs how every crew mobilizes, digs and demobilizes. It is audited, monitored and updated annually — not filed and forgotten.

The Program
How we run a safe site
SECOR and COR requirements are the floor, not the ceiling. These elements are active on every project we bid.
Monitored & Updated Annually
The program is reviewed every year — policies, hazard assessments and forms are revised against current legislation and lessons learned in the field.
Hazard Assessment & Control
Formal site-specific assessments plus daily FLHAs before work begins, with ground-disturbance and locate procedures on every excavation.
Toolbox & Tailgate Meetings
Documented crew meetings covering scope changes, traffic control, confined space and spotter duties for equipment near live utilities.
Competency Training
H2S Alive, WHMIS, Standard First Aid, Ground Disturbance 201 and equipment-specific competency records maintained for every operator.
Incident Reporting & Investigation
Near-miss and incident reporting with root-cause investigation and corrective actions tracked to closure.
Inspections & Maintenance
Scheduled equipment inspections, pre-trip logs and preventative maintenance keep the fleet jobsite-ready and compliant.
